Culture of Innovativeness: Creating a Culture that Promotes Organizational Progress

Do you want to help every member of your organization become an engine of progress for your organization? Most organizations do, but how many actually have a strategy to initiate and foster a workplace culture of inquiry? How many organizations have successfully adopted practices that question the status quo, test ideas, and foster ongoing learning for better business results?

An organization with a culture of innovativeness has more than an innovation here and there, now and then. It has a workforce full of individuals seeking ways to produce better results.

A culture of innovativeness evolves neither naturally nor easily. Common organizational features and work culture must be examined. This is followed by an intentional leadership strategy to build innovativeness into the organizational culture.

Based on state-of-the-art research by Dr. M. Lindell Joseph, Courageous Healthcare’s program—Create a Culture of Innovativeness—is a systematic business improvement process. Create a Culture of Innovativeness is a four-stage outcomes-oriented program for teaching workers at all levels of an organization how to effectively question and learn in order to achieve the organization’s goals.

Let us know when we can help your organizational culture move toward a model of exploration, discovery and personal commitment to larger goals. Let us help you Create a Culture of Innovativeness that produces unexpected positive results for your organization.
